What is Paymonade, and how does it work?

Paymonade has developed a Fiat-Crypto ‘On/Off ramp’ service for clients to buy and sell digital assets with their Fiat assets. Currently clients can log in and access Paymonade through different Referral Partners, such as centralised exchanges. 

Currently, Paymonade offers On/Off ramp services via Visa and Mastercard card payments, SEPA for Euro bank transfers, and Faster Payments for GBP bank transfers. 

How can I create a profile with Paymonade?

To create a profile with Paymonade you need to choose Paymonade as your On/Off option on the Referral Partner’s website or App, from where you will be transferred to Paymonade’s website to begin your onboarding process with us.

Is there a verification process required?
The verification process is required to create a profile with Paymonade and enable you to use Paymonade’s On/Off ramp services. This means the verification process will be triggered prior to you having access to Paymonade’s services. The whole verification process takes 3-5 minutes and consists of 3 simple steps: fill in a questionnaire, upload identification documents, and take a selfie to perform a liveness check.
