Complaints

Filing a Complaint

Complaints should be sent via email to complaints.fl@paymonade.tech. It must at a minimum include the following information:

  • Name and customer number of the complainant
  • Telephone number and email address of the complainant
  • A description of the complaint
  • Copies of supporting documentation(s)
  • Date and time of the event from which the complaint arose

Complaints are accepted in English and other languages used in communication with clients and will be dealt with by our Customer Support team.
